SQE Tester- Manual & Automation Testing (Freshers & Experienced)

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Design: Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Prioritize and plan testing activities.

• Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing of new and existing features. Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs found during testing.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the development team to understand product changes and provide feedback. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Bug Tracking: Track and manage defects in a bug tracking system, and provide regular updates to the team on bug status.

• Documentation: Document test results and provide regular updates to the team on test status. Maintain the test case documentation for reference and continuous improvement.

• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to existing testing processes and methodologies. Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing.
• Freshers can also apply and must be from Tech Background.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues and gaps.

HR Manager

Responsibilities:

BDR (Freshers & Experienced)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn etc.) for App Development and web App Development.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply too.
• Must have demonstrable experience working with various online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc. or Lead generation through LinkedIn or other platforms.
• Must be able to handle the entire pre-sales cycle of Lead Generation, presenting Company profiles, Follow-Ups with prospects, and Proposal Submission.
• Good at negotiations to acquire customers.
• Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
• Maintain healthy client relationships/customer retention/renewals and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Prior experience in bidding on technologies for website development, and mobile app development is preferable. Excellent leadership, presentation skills, and communication skills. (English is a must)

SDE 1 Trainee (Android)

Requirements:
